Premier League Reserves off to a flyer

Beacon Hill's PL Reserves kicked off the 2011 season with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Manly Vale at David Thomas Reserve last Saturday.

Rick Saunders (pictured) scored the 1st goal of the 2011 season in what promises to be an exciting and challenging winter.

Later in the day, in a disappointing start for Beacon Hill's PL First Grade, Beacon could not get the ball past Manly Vale's veteran goalie Bob Catlin and had to be content with a 0-0 draw.
