Those who choose to access this website do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent any local laws are applicable. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts and, by using this website, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
